Gutierrez Professional Lawn Care

Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

A clean, even cut on the same morning every week — mowed, edged, and blown off before I leave.

Weekly or every-other-week mowing on a fixed day so your yard never falls behind in a Texas summer. Sharp blades every visit, mulch-cut by default, height adjusted with the season so the lawn stays healthy through August. Walks, drives, and patios blown clean before I roll out.

  • Edging & Trimming

Sharp, deliberate edges along walks and beds, and string-trimmed around fences, posts, and trees.

Power-edged borders that hold their line for the full week, careful string-trim around obstacles the mower cannot reach, and a final blower pass so nothing carries onto the patio or street.

Starts at $25 · per visit

  • Mulch Installation

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — laid at the right depth so beds look fresh and weeds give up.

Bulk-delivered mulch (or bagged, your call), hand-spread to a consistent 2 to 3 inches around plants and trees with a clean edge against the lawn. I pull last year’s clumped layer first if it needs it.

Starts at $120 · per visit

  • Sod Installation

Bermuda, zoysia, or St. Augustine — graded, laid, rolled, and a watering schedule you can actually follow.

Soil prep, light grading, fresh sod laid in a brick pattern with tight seams, rolled in, and a printed watering plan for the first three weeks. I come back at week two to check root contact and re-tamp any seams that lifted.

Starts at $350 · per visit

  • Leaf Removal

Backpack-blower work — leaves, sticks, and dead growth out of beds, gutters, and the lawn.

A full property reset for fall and after big storms. Leaves bagged or blown to the curb (your preference), beds cleared, and a final pass on the lawn before mowing one last time for the season.

Starts at $95 · per visit

  • Aeration

Core-aeration in spring or fall so water and roots get below the thatch — best money you spend on a lawn.

Core-aerator passes in two directions on heavy-clay yards, plugs left to dissolve back in. Pairs well with a top-dressing or pre-emergent if you want it; I will tell you straight if I think the lawn does not need it this year.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
